These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the NASCAR Euro Series Run and all registrations made through the official website. The NASCAR Euro Series Run is organized by Synathlon Lab Single Member S.A. (“the Organizer”) in collaboration with NASCAR Euro Series and official circuit partners. By registering for the event, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
Eligibility
- Participants must be a minimum of 12 years old.
- Participants under the age of 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent prior to registration.
- For family registrations, the parent or legal guardian accepts full responsibility for any child or minor registered under their account.
- Children under the age of 12 may participate free of charge, subject to the conditions set out in the Family Participation section below.
Family Participation
One registered adult participant (standard entry fee applies) may register up to two (2) children under the age of 12 to participate free of charge. Each child registered free of charge receives the full race kit — an official race shirt, tote bag and finisher medal — at no additional cost. Children aged 12 and over must hold a standard individual registration. The parent or legal guardian is fully responsible for the safety, supervision, and conduct of any child registered under their account throughout the event.
Registration
- Registration is confirmed only upon successful completion of payment through the official website.
- All registrations are personal and non-transferable. Registrations may not be transferred to another individual under any circumstances.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during registration is accurate and complete.
- The Organizer reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations that contain false, incomplete, or misleading information.
On-the-Day Registration
Registration is available on the day of the event, subject to availability. All on-the-day registrations must be completed online through the official website prior to arrival at the circuit. No cash payments or on-site registrations will be accepted at the venue under any circumstances. Upon completing registration, participants will receive a confirmation email containing a QR code and their assigned bib number. Participants must present this QR code upon arrival to collect their race kit. A valid bib number is required to participate; participants who arrive without a registered bib number will not be permitted to take part in the run.
Payments
- All payments are processed securely through official payment providers via the official website.
- All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Registration is considered valid only after payment has been successfully completed and a confirmation email has been received.
- No cash payments will be accepted at the event venue.
Event Changes
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend event dates, times, locations, formats, schedules, race distances, or any operational element of the event where necessary for safety, operational, or force majeure reasons.
- The Organizer reserves the right to stop, suspend, delay, shorten, or cancel the event at any time for safety, operational, weather, or force majeure reasons.
- Participants will be informed of any material changes as soon as reasonably possible.
Participant Responsibilities
- Participants must comply with all event rules, safety instructions, and circuit regulations at all times.
- Participants must behave responsibly and respectfully towards staff, other participants, and event personnel.
- The Organizer reserves the right to remove or refuse participation to any individual whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, abusive, intoxicated, non-compliant with safety rules, or otherwise unsuitable.
Health & Safety
- By registering, participants confirm they are physically fit and capable of participating in the event.
- Participation is entirely voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
- Participants acknowledge that the event takes place on a professional motorsport circuit and involves inherent risks.
- All participants are subject to the Liability Waiver accepted during registration.
Personal Property
The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought to the event. A dedicated bag drop tent will be available on site for participants to leave their belongings during the event. Use of this facility is entirely at the participant’s own risk.
Limitation of Liability
Synathlon Lab Single Member S.A., NASCAR Euro Series, circuit operators, sponsors, event partners, staff, and affiliated entities shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or inconvenience arising from participation, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
02Refund Policy
- All registrations for the NASCAR Euro Series Run are final upon payment.
- Refunds and cancellations are permitted only when a written cancellation request is received by the Organizer at least twenty-one (21) days before the scheduled event date.
- After this deadline, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances.
- Registrations are non-transferable. No transfer of a registration to another participant is permitted.
- In the event of cancellation by the Organizer, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.
- In cases of force majeure — including but not limited to extreme weather, government restrictions, safety incidents, or circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control — the Organizer reserves the right to reschedule the event without obligation to issue a refund.

03Liability Waiver
By registering for and participating in the NASCAR Euro Series Run, the participant confirms that they are physically fit, healthy, and capable of taking part in the event. Participation is entirely voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own decision and risk.
The participant acknowledges and understands that the event takes place on a professional motorsport circuit and may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, accidents, falls, collisions, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
By accepting this waiver, the participant fully releases and discharges Synathlon Lab Single Member S.A., NASCAR Euro Series, the hosting circuit, event partners, sponsors, staff, and affiliated parties from any liability, claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
In the event of an accident, injury, or medical emergency during the event, the participant authorises the Organizer and event staff to arrange necessary medical treatment and assistance. The cost of any such medical treatment is the sole responsibility of the participant. The Organizer is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought to the event.
Children & Minors
For participants registering children or minors, the parent or legal guardian confirms full responsibility for the child’s participation, including supervision at all times, disclosure of any relevant medical conditions, and ensuring the child is physically capable of participating. The parent or legal guardian acknowledges all associated risks and accepts this waiver in full on the child’s behalf. By completing registration, the participant confirms full understanding and acceptance of all terms set out in this waiver.
04Privacy Policy
Synathlon Lab Single Member S.A. collects and processes personal data submitted during registration for the following purposes: event participation and operational management; customer communication before, during, and after the event; and future event marketing and communications.
By registering for the NASCAR Euro Series Run, participants acknowledge and agree that their personal data may be used by Synathlon Lab Single Member S.A. for communications relating to future events, sports experiences, and activities organized by Synathlon Lab Single Member S.A., whether related to the NASCAR Euro Series or other sports properties.

Data Storage & Sharing
- Personal data is stored securely and will never be sold or commercially transferred to third parties.
- Participant data may be shared only with operational partners, event partners, payment providers, and service providers where strictly necessary for the delivery and operation of the event.
Cookies
This website uses only essential cookies by default. With your consent (given via the cookie banner), we also use Google marketing and analytics cookies (loaded through Google Tag Manager) to measure our advertising. You can reject non-essential cookies at any time; the website works fully without them.
Participant Rights
Participants have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting info@synathlonlab.com. By registering, participants consent to this data processing in accordance with applicable GDPR regulations.
05Photo & Media Release
By participating in the NASCAR Euro Series Run, participants consent to being photographed and filmed during the event. Synathlon Lab Single Member S.A., NASCAR Euro Series, event partners, sponsors, and affiliated entities reserve the right to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display any photographs, video footage, or recordings captured during the event for promotional, commercial, advertising, editorial, and marketing purposes across all media channels, worldwide and in perpetuity, without compensation to the participant.
This consent applies to all participants, including children registered under a parent or guardian’s account. By completing registration on behalf of a minor, the parent or legal guardian grants this consent on the child’s behalf.
